This has been, by far, the best investment that I have ever made. I had been wanting a sauna for ages and bit the bullet a couple of years ago when I bought a barrel sauna (I won’t mention from who), for the first couple of months, it was okay… but after it just started falling apart. The doors began to ‘stick’ as the frame got waterlogged from the rain, we had leaks literally everywhere and I just didn’t feel like it got hot enough. Anyway, got rid of the barrel and took a chance with the signature sauna, I’ll be honest, this looks even better in person. It’s super high quality and gets to 110C. It’s so much more comfortable than the last sauna I had, with the seats being more than deep enough to lay down on and I could go on and on. Anyway, if you’re in the market for a decent sauna (and don’t mind paying for it), you won’t be disappointed with this one.
Also, can’t knock the guys who delivered it. Bobbie, Dwayne and Pat did an incredible job. Thanks again.

Eira has really made one of the most beautifully designed saunas on the market. We had been looking for something modern and contemporary that fits in nicely with our garden. When we first saw the Signature range from Eira online, we hadn’t seen anything else quite like it and knew this was the one for us. Couldn’t be happier with the product and the service I received by the team. Very well built and you can tell that all of the materials are quality.

I tend to wait a while before reviewing anything as it’s good to see how a product and a companies service holds up post-delivery. Well, it’s been 3 months and I have to say I’m impressed.
No issues with the sauna, but we did have a few maintenance related questions which were handled very efficiently by the team. I have no problem in giving this product as well as the company 5/5 stars.

The sauna is delivered fully assembled, due to the size and weight a crane will be required to lift the sauna into the desired location.

Due to our Signature having a burnt wood exterior, maintenance is minimal.
Burnt wood, often treated using the Shou Sugi Ban method, is naturally low maintenance due to its protective charred layer. This carbonised surface provides excellent resistance to moisture, UV rays, pests, and decay, reducing the need for regular upkeep. However, depending on the environment and personal preference, occasional maintenance can enhance its longevity and appearance:
- Oiling (Optional): Applying a UV-resistant oil or sealant can help preserve the colour and prevent the wood from fading, especially in areas with intense sunlight or harsh weather.
- Cleaning: Periodically clean the surface with a soft brush or cloth to remove dirt and debris, avoiding harsh chemicals that could damage the charred finish.
- Inspection: Regularly check for any cracks or damage, particularly if the wood is exposed to extreme weather conditions, and address these promptly to maintain its protective properties.
While maintenance isn’t strictly necessary, these steps can keep the burnt wood looking its best and further extend its lifespan.
