1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the use of www.eiratherapy.co.uk (the “Site”). This Site is owned and operated by EIRA Therapy Ltd, registered in England and Wales, Company Number: 15257867. By using this Site and purchasing from us, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 ‘We’, ‘us’, and ‘our’ refer to EIRA Therapy Ltd, whose registered office is located at Unit 8, Pen-Yr-Orsedd Business Park, Llangefni, LL77 7AW. Our VAT Number is 470 5973 67.
1.3 ‘You’ refers to the user, customer, or purchaser of our products.
1.4 We sell saunas, ice baths, drying robes, and accessories to Mainland UK only, excluding Northern Ireland and hard-to-reach areas in Scotland.
2. Products and Availability
2.1 The products available for purchase on our Site include, but are not limited to, saunas, ice baths, drying robes, and accessories.
2.2 All products are subject to availability. While we make every effort to keep our stock updated, we cannot guarantee that all items will be in stock at the time of your order.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT, unless otherwise specified.
3.2 We accept all major debit and credit cards.
3.3 The full balance must be paid at least 7 working days before delivery. Failure to make payment on time will result in the delivery being delayed, and we are not liable for any associated costs the customer may incur due to this. We are also not liable to compensate the customer if we need to rearrange a delivery date.
3.4 We currently do not offer financing options.
4. Deposits
4.1 Non-Refundable Deposits for Made-to-Order Items
For custom-built or made-to-order products, including saunas and certain ice baths, deposits are non-refundable as these items are bespoke and created specifically for the customer.
4.2 Refundable Deposits for Stock Items
For items held in stock, deposits are refundable minus associated fees, such as restocking and collection charges, if applicable.
5. Delivery
5.1 We deliver exclusively to Mainland UK and do not deliver to Northern Ireland or certain remote areas of Scotland. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the item and location.
5.2 Delivery times may vary depending on the product, and any estimated delivery time will be provided during checkout.
5.3 If a customer needs to cancel or rearrange delivery within 7 days of the agreed delivery date, or if we need to cancel or rearrange delivery due to customer error, a re-delivery fee of £1,200 for saunas and £299 for ice baths will apply.
5.4 It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information and ensure the pathway is clear. We are not liable for damages caused to the customer’s property during installation. Customers must ensure that any items that could be damaged are moved out of the way and stored in a safe location.
6. Sauna Installation Requirements
6.1 Saunas must be installed on a concrete slab that is at least 5 inches thick, hard, flat, and level. If the base is not properly prepared, the installation may be delayed or cancelled, and the warranty may be void.
6.2 If our engineers are unable to install the sauna due to base issues, a re-delivery fee of £1,200 + £1.50 per mile, plus any necessary hotel costs, will apply. Hotel costs are incurred when delivery and installation are outside a 50-mile radius of Anglesey, North Wales.
6.3 If the electrical supply is not installed before the agreed installation date, and the customer requests a return visit to connect the sauna to the power supply, a fee of £150 + £1.50 per mile will be applied, plus hotel costs if required due to the travel distance.
6.4 Planning Permission
It is the responsibility of the customer to determine if planning permission is required for sauna installation at their property. Refunds are not provided in cases where planning permission issues prevent installation.
7. Warranty
7.1 All products come with a warranty, the duration of which varies depending on the product. Full warranty details are available on our website and will be sent to you at the time of purchase.
7.2 The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper use, or incorrect installation.
8. Returns and Cancellations

8.1 Saunas
- Custom/Made-to-Order Saunas: Non-refundable unless faulty.
- Stock Saunas: May be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unopened and in their original packaging. A collection fee of £599 plus £1.50 per mile and a restocking fee of £601 will apply.
8.2 Ice Baths
- Change of Mind: Unused, unopened ice baths can be returned within 14 days of delivery. A collection fee of £299 plus £1.50 per mile applies.
- Faulty Ice Baths: We will inspect and offer a repair before considering a replacement or refund.
8.3 Drying Robes & Accessories
- Returnable within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.
8.4 Chemicals
- Due to the absence of a security seal, chemicals are non-refundable.
9. Faulty Goods
9.1 For faulty products, we will first attempt a repair. If this is not possible, we may offer a replacement or refund.
9.2 For larger items, collection for inspection will be arranged by us.
9.3 Warranty Resolution Timeline
- We aim to respond to warranty claims within 7 days.
- We aim to resolve issues within 2 weeks, though longer delays may occur if specific parts are not in stock.
10. Product Variation Disclaimer
10.1 Product images on the website are for reference only. We may make improvements to our products, and minor changes to design or appearance do not entitle the customer to a refund, provided the product’s core functionality is unaffected.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
11.2 We are not liable for any costs or damages caused by shipment or installation delays.
12. Governing Law
12.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
